After 17 years as a record producing Realtor in the Wachusett area, Janice formed Janice Mitchell Real Estate, Inc. in 1989. The company is now in its 31st successful year. Janice, a Realtor Emeritus, is a member of the Realtor Association of Central Mass as well as the Mass and National Association of Realtors. She earned the Graduate Realtors Institute Designation, the Certified Residential Specialist Designation,and has the Loss Mitigation Certification. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist,a Certified Buyer Representative, an Accredited Home Staging Professional, and is C2EX Certified.and was the 2019 recipient of the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Award
